I am delighted the 5thTechno-Mart of World Technopolis Association(WTA), is being held in Dubai this year from 14th-16th April, the first time the WTA has gathered in the Arab states. I am also pleased to inform you that the Organizing Committee has selected your organization and science & technology company to participate in the above mentioned Techno-Mart, jointly organized and sponsored by World Technopolis Association and Dubai Techno Park.

We particularly look forward to inviting you to the technology market, and to showcase new technologies and hi-tech products that are developed in science and technology companies around the world.

Dubai Techno Park(TP) is a science and technology park that was founded in 2002 as a government establishment affiliated to Dubai World. Dubai TP is strategically located between Emirates Road and Shaikh Zayed Road and is a sister entity of Jebel Ali Free Zone which is one of the largest and fastest growing free zones. The purpose of establishing the park is to assist in the growth of Dubai economy by encouraging scientific and industrial activities and by enhancing the level of technology in the region. The park is therefore planned to be a main center for transfer, adaptation and localization of technology in the Middle East Region. In particular, the Dubai TP is proud to support the WTA Techno-Mart by offering the world-class infrastructure for exchanging science and technologies in this event.

There are three main programs to this Techno-Mart which put the accent on developing the regional competitiveness through international exchange of technologies among WTA members; 1) Technology Exhibition is a kind of expositions in which technologies and products will be displayed. 2) Technology Presentation is a kind of showcase to promote exchanging technology information and products among businesses from WTA members. 3) International Workshop will be held by means of presentations, exercises and case studies to upgrade the knowledge of the technical experts and managers in technopolises.
